P3C Manufacturing

In addition to being a comprehensive communications service provider and retailer, PCC Communications also has an established manufacturing component, P3C Manufacturing, running physical plants in both Edmonton and Calgary. Collectively, the two locations have 100,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space dedicated to electronic assembly and metal fabrication products. The facilities support production of communication products, as well as other custom-designed products applicable to a variety of sectors.
Relative to the electronics side of the business, P3C Manufacturing employs a team of engineers dedicated to assisting clients design and create custom products for eventual production in small or large-size runs. P3C personnel meet with the client to defining the product's parameters, such as features, shape, and size, then work to develop a prototype based on P3C's modular dimmPCI platform to suit the client's application.
Once developed, P3C provides recommendations on cost-effective methods for mass-producing the product. If the client already has an existing product that needs revamping, P3C can make suggestions as to the necessary changes following more efficient and effective standards.
