Executive Team

Glen Boyd - Chief Executive Officer

Glen is a native of the Grande Prairie region and has close to 30 years experience in the communications industry. Starting his career with Alberta Government Telephones (AGT), which eventually evolved into Telus, Glen has worked both in Canada and abroad as a consultant and direct provider of communications solutions and services. Some experiences during his career include overseeing the engineering and equipment installation for AGT/Telus' penetration into the eastern United States, representing Canada in a Middle East trade mission, and evolving and growing a company he co-founded in Grande Prairie, Alberta in 1987 called Total Telcom to become an international company. Total was the Toronto Stock Exchange's top performer for 18 consecutive months under his helm as CEO. Much of this experience has culminated into building one of the most profitable independent fiber corridors in Canada in PCC.

Phil Sarozek - Corporate Advisor/Operations Officer

Phil is an American citizen who has worked with Glen Boyd on telecom related projects since 1998, and is the co-founder of the company and chief architect of PCC's corporate structure. He has over 25 years diverse experience in senior management, financing, training and operational requirements. Phil and his team are responsible for our internal and external corporate culture; business development and marketing; future acquisitions and expansion; investor relations; accounting and finance; and ensuring that our products and service continue to evolve so we always meet the needs of our marketplace. As Senior Advisor to the company's Board of Directors, Phil also liaises with the company's legal, auditing and investment banking professionals.

Phil maintains residence and offices in Calgary and the Southwest US - the US presence provides support for PCC's Canadian clients that have service or support needs through the rest of North America.

Gordon Matheson - Vice-President Business Development

With over 25 years experience in Canadian and U.S. Business Development, Gorde brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as VP of Business Development. Gorde has been responsible for developing individual business units, within companies such as Nortel and Cisco, responsible for developing standardizing business processes, implementing training programs for sales and marketing, and business plan development and implementation. He has an MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta and has mentored many individuals within some of the top organizations in the telecommunications field.



Leah Hagel - Manager Human Resources

Originally from Red Deer, Alberta, Leah began her career in Trenton, New Jersey as a Counselor/ Facilitator and Human Resources Representative. During this time she worked with psychologists and focused on drug addicted gang youths. She quickly developed a passion for implementing change and development within people. After spending a few years in New Jersey, she decided it was time to head home to Alberta. There she spent her time developing Human Resource skills through head hunting services, mainly focused on executive talent, working on daily personnel issues, and developing HR systems.

Simon Neigum - Sales Manager, South

Simon began his career in the telecommunications field with Telus and worked in northern Alberta (Peace River) before moving to Medicine Hat to start his own communications company. In 2000, he merged his company with another owned by Robert Flemmer and the two became ProComm Solutions. They operated under that moniker for five years before amalgamating with the PCC group in early 2007.




Kim Schneider - P3C Manufacturing Sales Manager

Being no stranger in sales, Kim has dedicated over 8 years to her career in manufacturing sales and customer service. Starting as an inside salesperson, she moved to Logistics and Warehouse Manager, where she spent 6 years overseeing customer service and distribution processes. In her time as an outside sales representative, Kim was a leader in sales productivity and is currently passing on her expertise to her team in the manufacturing component.



Jim Gritchen - Electrical Division Manager

A native of Grande Prairie, Alberta, Jim has 30 years experience in the electrical trade. He has received his Master Electrician designation and has managed the electrical construction projects for many resource-based companies, as well as many commercial projects in his career. Jim was the successful operator of JT Consulting for many years in the Grande Prairie region before amalgamating his company with PCC in the latter part of 2006.




Lionel Frey - Corporate Marketing Manager

As former CEO of the Grande Prairie & District Chamber of Commerce, thirdlargest in the province of Alberta, Lionel brings considerable knowledge to business trends and activities in not only the immediate region of northwest Alberta, but the province as a whole. He has worked with many business and political leaders across Alberta and Canada in forwarding the agenda of business development in the country. Lionel's experience ranges from providing policy framework on business development to working with individual enterprises on marketing and promoting their products and services.



Maynor Motta - Manager Engineering Services

Maynor brings a variety of experiences to his role in P3C. He has degrees from both Guatemala and Canada in computing science, computing engineering, as well as philosophy and religious studies. Maynor has held positions as embedded firmware and software developer, project manager, electronic manufacturing services manager, engineering manager, and engineering business development manager. Maynor resides in Edmonton and enjoys spending time with his family and in community-driven projects (locally and internationally). One of his favorite quotes is "Man before business because man is your business."



Geraldine Elegado - Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager, P3C Manufacturing

Geraldine Elegado graduated from the University of Alberta in 2000 with a BSc in Electrical Engineering. She has been in the electronics manufacturing industry for over 10 years, gaining experience in production, inspection, process engineering, sales, document control, and design engineering. She is currently heading up the Quality department for the P3C Manufacturing divisions in both Edmonton and Calgary, leading the ISO initiatives and striving to continually improve our processes to ensure a high level of customer service.




Nabil Fallah - Production Manager, Edmonton

Nabil has worked in the electronics industry for 12 years in various departments and positions. His current responsibilities cover production management, which includes overseeing the materials, quality, and process engineering departments, as well as quoting and customer service. Nabil lives in Edmonton with his wife and two young daughters and he enjoys fishing, floor hockey, and ping pong in his offhours.
